Hakan Susup was born in Istanbul and graduated from the Department of Geological Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Hakan began his career in the construction materials industry with Lafarge Beton A.. He obtained field expertise in marketing and sales while working at erkon Construction Materials. His career spanned 19 years, beginning with Akcansa imento Sanayi ve Ticaret A., where he would eventually work for many years. He began his career with Akcansa as a Customer Representative and later held positions such as Ready-Mixed Concrete Regional Manager and Cement Sales Manager. Additionally, he obtained his MBA from Maltepe University. On June 1, 2015, he completed his duties at Akcansa Cement. Su Yap Turizm İnşaat TAAH. SAN. and TİC. LTD. ŞTİ was started in July 2015. He intends to contribute his years of expertise to the construction materials sector.
