Our founder, Hakan Susup, has dedicated over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the sector to providing top-tier service to his clients, with customer satisfaction as his foremost priority. Hakan Susup graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Geological Engineering and later completed his MBA at Marmara University. He began his career in the construction materials sector with Lafarge Beton A.Ş., gaining valuable experience in marketing and sales at Çerkon Yapı Malzemeleri. He then started a nearly two-decade-long career at Akçansa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., where he held several positions including Customer Representative, Ready-Mix Concrete Regional Manager, and Cement Sales Manager.

On June 1, 2015, he concluded his tenure at Akçansa Çimento. In July 2015, he established Su Yapı Turizm İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Under the leadership of Hakan Susup, SUYAPI continues to serve the construction materials industry by transferring corporate expertise into the field and delivering high-quality service with a professional and experienced team, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
